Overview:

Unify are thrilled to be recruiting for an Operations Controller to join an established Construction Plant business based in Weston Super Mare. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy of the digital division and support the national maintenance of systems, including hire records and charges.

* Skilled at thriving under pressure in fast-moving environments.

* Proactive in making decisions and tackling problems effectively.

* Full UK Drivers Licence

Responsibilities:

* Make sure Digital Engineers have their installation, repair, and maintenance jobs scheduled and organized.

* Handle on-hire and off-hire requests and create accurate hire contracts in the system.

* Build and maintain great relationships with customers

* Work closely with the Sales team, Transport, Fitters and the Workshop to keep everything running smoothly.

* Keep track of contracts and invoices so they're done on time and correctly.

* Check that equipment is available and all details in the system are kept up to date.

* Deal with any chargeable damage quickly so it doesn't hold things up.

* Create purchase orders when we need parts or subcontractors.

* Help manage stock levels and reorder when needed.

The following is desirable:

* Knowledge and use of Syrnix systems is desirable but not essential

* Experience working within a plant hire / equipment rental industry
