Are you a proactive Quantity Surveyor ready to grow with a fast-moving specialist contractor?
An established cladding and facades business based in Dartford is seeking an energetic and hands-on Quantity Surveyor to join their ambitious and growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out accurate site measurements and manage project variations

*

Prepare and oversee CVRs, cost reports, and commercial documentation

*

Liaise confidently with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

*

Travel regularly to sites from the Dartford office base

*

Provide support and mentorship to junior team members

*

Play a key role in identifying commercial opportunities and cost control

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

*

Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry

*

Preferably a background in cladding or facades (not essential)

*

High energy and a strong site presence - enjoys working hands-on and directly with people

*

Strong cost management, negotiation, and reporting skills

*

Knowledge of both main contractor and subcontractor environments (advantageous)

*

Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team culture

*

Full UK driving licence and ability to travel to/from Dartford and project sites
