An exciting opportunity has become available for a time-served CNC Turner to join a well-established and highly regarded precision engineering company based in Staffordshire. This is a permanent night shift position offering excellent shift premiums and overtime rates in a modern and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Program, set, and operate CNC lathes to produce precision components
Work with Fanuc controls; experience with Mazatrol controls is a bonus
Interpret technical drawings to tight tolerances
Ensure quality standards are met and maintained throughout production
Use CAD/CAM software where required (experience preferred but not essential)
Work independently and as part of a skilled team
Requirements:

Time-served engineer with recognised industry-standard qualifications
Strong experience programming and setting CNC lathes
Proficiency with Fanuc control systems (essential)
Exposure to Mazatrol and CADCAM is advantageous
Ability to work to tight deadlines with minimal supervision
A proactive, quality-focused attitude
