The Role As a Registered Manager, you'll be at the heart of the service, ensuring CQC compliance, driving team performance, and expanding service delivery. You'll be joining a company that has been providing delivering award-winning care and support to the North of England for the past 20 years.
For this role, you'll need: - 2+ years in a management/supervisory role in health and social care
- Proven experience managing a domiciliary care service
- Leadership and team-building skills
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards & care regulations
- Ideally, you're already a Registered Manager in domiciliary care
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred
Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with CQC and exceed care quality standards
- Manage staff, scheduling, and care coordination
- Build partnerships with commissioners, families, and other stakeholders
- Drive service development and team excellence
- Participate in on-call duties when needed
