Residential Sales Manager – Estate Agent to join our fantastic
Estate Agency team in
Morley .
A quick look at the role In this role, you will be responsible for winning new property listings and securing instructions to market them, all while delivering the highest level of customer service. You'll build strong rapport with both new and existing clients and customers, engaging with them in person and over the phone.
You will also be maximising opportunities to book appointments for our in-house mortgage advisors.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Residential Sales Manager - Estate Agency experience such as Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator
- Ability to generate new business in a target driven environment
- Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
- Full UK driving licence
