Workshop Manager

Location: Brentford
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 Basic | £55,000 - £60,000+ OTE
Hours: Monday-Friday + Saturday rota

🧾 The Role

We are recruiting for an experienced Workshop Manager to lead a busy and high-performing workshop in Brentford.

This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing workshop operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

* Manage the day-to-day running of the workshop

* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Vehicle Technicians

* Monitor and drive productivity, efficiency, and utilisation

* Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer and company standards

* Oversee job allocation and workshop loading

* Manage WIP (Work in Progress) and workflow

* Maintain high levels of quality control and customer satisfaction (CSI)

* Liaise with Service Advisors and management team

✅ Requirements

* Proven experience as a Workshop Manager / Controller / Senior Technician

* Strong understanding of workshop operations and processes

* Excellent leadership and organisational skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment

* Strong communication skills

* Full UK driving licence
