Warehouse Manager

* Salary of £40,000-£45,000 DOE

* 3 Month Contract

This role is for a fast‑paced manufacturing environment with high production demands and the need for rapid response. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading warehouse operations ensuring goods in/out, stock control, and material flow support production and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee all warehouse activities including; goods in/out, stock movements, picking for manufacturing/packing, and staff management.

* Lead, coach, and develop warehouse teams to deliver high levels of efficiency, accuracy, and service.

* Work closely with Purchasing to ensure stock availability and OTIF performance, including management of slow‑moving stock.

* Collaborate with Operations to support departmental picking, review OTIF reports, and drive continuous improvement.

* Optimise warehouse layout, space utilisation, and technology to enhance operational excellence.

* Ensure compliance with financial targets, legal requirements, and internal standards.
