About the Company:
We are a well-established engineering company based in Bacup, with a strong reputation for quality and reliability across a range of precision-engineered products. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Skilled Press Brake Setter/Operator to join our experienced team.

The Role:
We're seeking an experienced individual to set and operate an Amada Press Brake machine to produce components to high standards of accuracy and quality. You'll play a key role in our production team, working with a variety of materials and thicknesses in a busy and supportive workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Set and operate Amada press brake machinery

Interpret technical drawings and work to tight tolerances

Ensure quality checks are carried out throughout the production process

Perform routine maintenance checks and report any issues

Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area

Work efficiently to meet production deadlines

Requirements:

Proven experience setting and operating Amada Press Brake machines

Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good timekeeping and a strong work ethic
