As a Senior Manager and Principal Finance Lead specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, you will shape and deliver complex, global ERP transformation programmes for some of the world's most recognised organisations. This is a role for someone who wants to influence strategy, lead high‑performing teams, and become a trusted advisor to senior finance and technology leaders.

• Lead and manage the full Finance & Operations solution lifecycle across major D365 F&O transformation programmes.
• Act as the domain expert in one or more core finance areas: P2P, I2C, R2R, Project Accounting, Fixed Assets.
• Shape finance transformation roadmaps and define future‑state operating models.
• Support pre‑sales, scoping, and business case development for new ERP programmes.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, guiding them through complex technology‑enabled change.
• Lead key workstreams and ensure high‑quality delivery across global programmes.
• Mentor and develop talent within a growing D365 F&O capability.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly, crafting compelling messages for diverse audiences.
• Drive strategic thinking, risk management, and decision‑making across engagements.
• Align technology solutions with real business needs to deliver measurable value.

• Deep expertise in core finance processes (R2R, I2C, I2P or equivalent).
• Proven experience delivering full lifecycle D365 F&O Finance implementations or large‑scale global ERP programmes.
• Strong understanding of ERP architecture and integration.
• Strategic planning, scope management, and risk mitigation capability.
• Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate teams, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver under pressure.
• Formal finance qualification or equivalent experience.

• Experience with Project Operations and Project Accounting.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate them effectively.
• Consulting or professional services background.
• Microsoft D365 certifications.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, MIS, or related field.
