Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Paint Sprayer for our client based in Halstead on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for applying paint coatings to various surfaces using specialised equipment such as spray guns. You will work closely with the painting team to ensure the quality an effciency of the painting process. The ideal candidate must have a keen eye for detail, excellent hand-eye coordination. and a through understanding of paint application techniques.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Application of paint to specifications.

* Preparation and priming of items prior to painting.

* Selecting and mixing required paints.

* Maintaining spraying equipment.

* Inspecting and assessing spray coatings.

* General workshop duties.

* Ensuring that quality control standards are maintained.

* Maintaining a production schedule.

* Adhering to assembly safety standards.

Knowledge and Skills:

* Previous paint spraying experience is essential.

* Strong practical skills

* Positive attitude

* Ability to learn new skills.

Working hours are Monday to Friday with a 06:00am start.
