Supply Desk are working in partnership with a highly regarded primary school in Rochester, known for its welcoming environment, inclusive ethos, and commitment to staff development. The school are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher for a full-time Key Stage 2 role, beginning in September 2025 and continuing until the end of the academic year in July 2026.

The Role:

Full-time teaching position within Key Stage 2 (year group dependent on experience and strengths)
Delivering well-planned, engaging lessons that inspire and challenge pupils
Supporting pupils' academic and personal development
Managing behaviour effectively to create a safe and stimulating learning environment
Working collaboratively with staff, parents/carers, and the wider school community
Participating in school life, including staff meetings, planning, and school events
We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 preferred, or strong KS1 experience with a desire to transition into KS2
Confidence, adaptability, and a passion for delivering high-quality education
Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching practices
Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
