Our concept began in the early 1960’s in Illinois. We are currently operating about 50 locations through the United States and still growing. The work environment is stimulating, challenging, and fun! We focus our attention on the guests and to make sure they enjoy the wonderful food we serve. At this time we're seeking the following positions in the Davenport area for our NEW RESTAURANT OPENING:

  • Restaurant General Manager
  • Assistant General Manager
  • Restaurant Manager

  • Restaurant General Manager: 3-5 years of current Restaurant General Manager experience in a Full Service or Fast Casual concept
  • Assistant General Manager: 3+ years of current Restaurant Management experience in a Full Service or Fast Casual concept
  • Restaurant Manager: 2 years of current Restaurant Manager experience in a Full Service or Fast Casual concept
  • A stable work history - no more than two jobs in the previous five years
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Outstanding work ethic and drive to succeed
  • Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
  • Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
  • Restaurant Manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
