Are you currently working as a Team Leader within care and are looking for a new opportunity.  Perhaps you are in a senior position and are looking for the next step in your career?  If so, then we have a Team Leader position at a award winning homecare business based in Yeovil.

As Team Leader you will split your time between the office, completing the administration and out with the clients, completing observations on the carers, completing service reviews and support plans.  You will need to build positive relationships with new and existing clients to ensure their needs are met.

Within this role you must be flexible on your working times.  A standard day is Monday - Friday 9 - 5 however, you will be required to work some early mornings and evenings depending on the clients needs.  You must be available to work every other weekend which will result in one day off in the week.  A rota will account for hours worked outside the normal working hours.  You will also need a driving licence, as travel to clients in required.

The salary for this role can be flexible depending on the level of the experience of the successful candidate
