Are you a Layout Designer with experience in residential or commercial projects, looking to develop your career within a supportive and growing design team? You will support a wide range of projects while learning from experienced designers in a collaborative studio environment

In this varied role you will use AutoCAD and SketchUp within a collaborative studio environment, this position offers the chance to work on premium, high-end developments while developing your skills and progressing toward a senior-level role.

This role would suit a Layout Designer who is proficient in using AutoCAD and SketchUp and is eager to build hands-on experience, develop strong space-planning skills, and progress toward a more senior design position over time.

The Role

Assist in producing layout designs from concept through to completion

Support senior designers across multiple residential and commercial projects

Prepare 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD

Develop layout, space-planning, and design coordination skills through training and mentoring

The Person

Layout Designer or similar background

Able to commute to Chelmsford
