RG Consultancy are working with a fantastic, well established engineering consultancy firm who are looking for a finance administrator to join their finance function.
The role holder will have a financial/invoicing administration background and will be an integral part of our support team working equally across our finance and quality areas. There will be heavy interaction across the wider business with our engineers, consultants, clients, and other support functions.
Duties will include:
- Accurately process all expenses claims for engineers
- Reconcile all claims with receipts and credit card statements
- Log all expenses on the finance accounting system
- File all receipts and approvals as required
- Management of any discrepancies and liaise with finance manager
- Credit card reconciliations
- Assist across the finance finance (accounts payable) during holidays/cover etc
- Assist with audits and year end closure.
- Other adhoc duties as required
