Salary: £38,500 - £50,000 + Overtime
Rota: Full Time - DAYS

This position offers full training on specialist equipment, starting in the depot before progressing to site work when comfortable — ideal for anyone who wants a long-term career path and higher earning potential.

Mobile Plant Fitter responsibilities:

Routine maintenance, repairs, fault finding and inspections

*

Working on a range of heavy plant equipment (excavators, dumpers, cranes, tele - handlers etc.)

*

Hydraulic and diesel diagnostics

*

Preventative maintenance to minimise downtime and maximise reliability

*

Working independently and as part of a team to resolve technical issues

The ideal Mobile Plant Fitter will have:

A qualification in Plant Maintenance (NVQ / City & Guilds)

Previous hands-on experience working on heavy plant, diesel equipment or hydraulic systems

*

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

*

A Full UK Driving Licence
