Kingston College, part of the South Thames College Group, are looking for a Site Support Officer (Maintenance & Facilities) to take responsibility for the repairs and maintenance across two College sites and assist the site support officers, that include central stores, post, caretaking and portering duties. Providing a visible, friendly and helpful presence around the College, you will maintain the general maintenance and smart appearance of the building; identifying, reporting and monitoring day-to-day property damage and faults. This role requires an individual who holds a City & Guilds or NVQ qualification in a relevant trade such as; Plumbing, Electrical Installation or Carpentry, and who has a proven background in repairs and maintenance. Pro-active and self-motivated, you will work well as part of a team and hold (or be willing to gain) a current First Aid at Work certificate. This position is based at Kingston College. This role is working Monday to Friday, hours are negotiable.
