Responsibilities

Take the lead on designing and delivering structural solutions for a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, education, and infrastructure.
Prepare detailed calculations, drawings, and reports, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance.
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop cost-effective, practical, and buildable designs.
Contribute to all project phases, from design and planning to construction and completion.
Undertake site visits and inspections to ensure the integrity of design during implementation.
Support and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and development.
Key Skills and Experience

A degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
Experience in structural design, with a strong understanding of engineering principles and building codes.
Knowledge of structural design software (e.g., Revit, Tekla, AutoCAD, Robot, or similar).
Ideally, you will be a Chartered Engineer (IStructE/ICE) or working towards chartership.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
A proactive, solutions-focused attitude, with a strong commitment to delivering quality.
