Role - Customer Service Advisor (Inbound Calls)
Location - Edinburgh City Centre
Duration - temporary, ongoing
Start date - Immediate start
Hours of work - Monday - Friday (Apply online only)
Rate of pay - £11.81 per hour

Successful candidates will be:
Taking incoming calls from customers
Provide excellent customer service
Advising on queries relating to customer accounts and applications
Checking customers' accounts
Making accurate file notes
Taking applications
Processing documentation
Updating systems
All associated admin tasks
Any other tasks as required
