A high-growth, nationally recognised corporate practice is seeking an ambitious Equity Capital Markets Associate or Senior Associate to join its expanding ECM team. This opportunity is ideal for a commercially minded lawyer who thrives on transactional work and is seeking genuine progression within a dynamic and supportive environment.The Opportunity You will advise corporates, investment banks, brokers and major shareholders on a broad range of capital markets matters, including:
- IPOs (AIM and Main Market)
- Equity subscriptions and placings
- Rights issues
- Private placements
- Public M&A
- Corporate governance advisory
- Primary and secondary offerings on UK and international exchanges
The team handles complex, high-value and increasingly cross-border mandates, including transatlantic and pan-European transactions. You will be encouraged to take ownership of transactions while working closely with experienced partners on more sophisticated matters.The Platform

- Minimum 5 PQE
- Strong equity capital markets and public M&A experience
- Experience managing transactions
- Confident client handling skills
- Commercial and pragmatic approach
- Appetite for business development
- Interest in mentoring junior lawyers
- Cross-border experience is helpful but not essential.
