Are you passionate about supporting young people with Special Educational Needs? A secondary school in Waltham Forest is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team in September 2025.

About the Role:
As an SEN TA, you will work closely with the SENCo and teaching staff to provide personalised learning support to students with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, and speech and language difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and small-group support for SEN students.
Adapt learning materials to meet individual needs.
Assist with classroom management and behaviour strategies.
Monitor and record student progress for SEN reviews.
Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.Requirements:

Previous SEN experience within a school or youth setting (desirable).
Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting learning.
