At this school, we have an exciting new Alternative Provision, and we need a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) who's ready to make learning work for students who need it most. * Deliver engaging lessons and interventions for students with SEMH and behavioural needs.

* Support teachers in creating personalised learning experiences that spark curiosity and progress.

* Build strong, positive relationships that help students feel safe, valued, and motivated.

* Work with colleagues and external partners to ensure every child gets the support they deserve.

* Live out the trusts ethos and 9 Habits, promoting inclusion, respect, and resilience every day.

What We're Looking For

* HLTA status or equivalent experience in education.

* A passion for working with young people who need extra support.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire trust and confidence.
