Service Advisor

Location: Brentford
Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 Basic | £42,000 + OTE
Hours: Monday-Friday + Saturday rota

🧾 The Role

We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and high-performing dealership in Brentford.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

* Booking vehicles in for service, MOT, and repair work

* Providing accurate estimates and gaining customer approval

* Keeping customers updated on vehicle progress and costs

* Upselling additional work, services, and products

* Liaising with the workshop and technicians

* Managing invoices and ensuring all paperwork is accurate

* Delivering high levels of customer satisfaction (CSI)

✅ Requirements

* Previous experience as a Service Advisor

* Strong customer service and communication skills

* Proven upselling and sales ability

* Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment

* Experience with systems such as Kerridge / Pinnacle (desirable)

* Full UK driving licence
