UCCE Voice Engineer

JOB TYPE: Permanent, FullTime

As a UCCE Voice Engineer you will be responsible for troubleshooting, configuring, and day to day technical support of client technologies. This individual will be working within a managed services team, monitoring, troubleshooting, support and repair of network infrastructure specifically Cisco UC, Call Manager, UCCX/UCCE, Jabber, and Lynks. This is a full time opportunity located in Downers Grove, IL.

+ 5+ years of experience setting up, supporting, and performing deep troubleshooting within UCCE

+ Experience supporting and configuring Jabber and Lynks

+ Knowledge of basic telephony principals and VOIP protocols required

+ Strong communication skills required

+ The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment

+ A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required

+ Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

+ Must demonstrate a "can-do" attitude
