Salary: £20000 - £22000/annum

Axonmoore is excited to be working with a thriving national business as they look to appoint a Purchase Ledger Administrator. Based in their Leeds head office, you will report directly to Purchase Ledger Manager and work alongside the rest of the finance team in relaxed and friendly environment. 

You, as the successful Purchase  Ledger Administrator, will be responsible for:

Reviewing and processing invoices both manually on Microsoft Navision and using invoicing processing software when they are received from suppliers
Matching and updating entries to the engineering log
Matching invoices to the purchase orders raised and delivery notes received
Processing payments 
Coordinating with Supply Chain and Procurement at Head Office for relevant invoice or supplier queries
Carrying out supplier statement reconciliations

Ideally you will:

•            Have previous Purchase Ledger experience

•            Be Educated to GCSE level including English and Maths (A-C / grade 4 or above)

•            Have excellent communication/interpersonal skills

•            Possess the ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritise your workload

•            Be competent on MS Packages (Including Microsoft Excel - V-lookups, pivot tables, sum-ifs)
