What You'll Be Doing as a Quality Technician

This dual-role offers the best of both worlds: hands-on inspection and high-level quality support. You'll report to the QM and work closely with cross-functional teams in production, design, and customer support.

Key responsibilities include:

* Conducting incoming, in-process, and final inspections

* Supporting root cause analysis and 8D investigations

* Monitoring quality metrics and presenting improvement suggestions

* Assisting with ISO 9001 audits and compliance tasks

* Collaborating on continuous improvement initiatives and corrective actions

* Occasionally, building/testing assemblies for fault diagnosis

Essential skills and experience:

* Quality experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment

* Strong grasp of inspection techniques

* Confidence with technical drawings and specifications

* Familiarity with tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, and Ishikawa

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MRP systems

* ISO 9001 internal auditor trained (or willingness to become certified)

Desirable attributes:

* Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt

* Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC)

* Strong communication skills and a pragmatic, hands-on mindset
