Pay Rate: £40,266 - £51,788 + SEN Allowance

Are you an experienced and enthusiastic SENCO looking to make a real difference in a dynamic and inclusive school setting? Our two-form entry Academy school in Peckham, South London, rated 'Good' by Ofsted, is seeking a committed Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to join our team full-time from September 2025.

As a SENCO, your Responsibilities will be:

Lead and manage the provision for pupils with SEND across the school.
Work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure high-quality support.
Oversee EHCPs, interventions, and progress tracking.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
MUST have National Award for SEN Coordination.
Proven experience in a SENCO or similar leadership role.
Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
