About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and qualified Electrical Tester to join our team in the social housing sector. Up to £40,000 annualy and WEEKLY PAY

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) in occupied and void properties.

* Perform visual inspections and functional testing of electrical installations.

* Identify faults, recommend corrective actions, and carry out remedial works as required.

* Ensure compliance with the latest IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).

* Prepare and issue accurate reports and certificates.

Essential Requirements:

* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent qualification.

* City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 Testing and Inspection certification.

* Up-to-date 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification (BS 7671).

* Previous experience in electrical testing within the social housing or domestic sector.

* Strong knowledge of health and safety standards and best practices.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Full UK driving license.

* Experience working with reactive maintenance and planned works.
