We’re hiring on behalf of our Global Real Estate Services client for a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join the team at a site in Nottingham.

Location: Nottingham

Salary: Circa £40,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

The successful candidate will be expected to carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive works to building plant equipment and systems in accordance with agreed service levels, undertake small installation works and respond to site engineering emergencies.

Core responsibilities include:

• Ensuring that routine maintenance is carried out to all electrical / Mechanical systems to meet and exceed expectations, and agreed service level agreements.
• Carrying out reactive repairs on all systems as required; calling relevant sub-contractors as required.
• Carrying out all PPM maintenance
• Reporting of all PPM defects and liaising with the supervisor of defect
• Ensuring weekly equipment reports are updated with any change in status of equipment.
• Liaising with sub-contractors as required for repairs / quotations, monitoring performance of sub-contractor personnel.
• Signing off completed PPM and reactive tasks via your PDA in line with client policies and procedures in a timely manner.

Requirements:

- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification

- Facilities Management or Commercial Experience

- Knowledge of AHU
