The Role

We are seeking a confident and organised Property Manager to oversee a residential lettings portfolio. This is a hands-on role focused on inspections and day-to-day portfolio management rather than tenancy agreement drafting.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards across the portfolio while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike.

The successful Property Manager will be offered:

  • Basic salary up to £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Opportunity to earn commission following successful completion of probation
  • 5 Day working week
  • Mileage allowance of 45p per mile
  • Supportive and collaborative team environment

As a Property Manager, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
  • Conducting property inspections
  • Overseeing check-ins and check-outs
  • Managing inventories
  • Handling maintenance issues and contractor coordination
  • Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Ensuring compliance with current property legislation
  • Keeping accurate records using CRM systems such as Alto (or similar)

To be considered for the Property Manager role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in property management within the lettings industry (essential)
  • ARLA qualified or possess a strong working knowledge of current lettings legislation
  • Professional, personable and confident communicator
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable conducting regular on-site inspections
  • Good local knowledge and ideally located close to the office
  • A team player who will fit well within a small, close-knit team
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
