The Opportunity Are you an ACA/ACCA qualified professional ready to make your mark? We're seeking a talented Accounts Senior to join a high-energy team in North West London. In this role, you'll drive impactful financial solutions, mentor rising talent, and build trusted client relationships in a firm that's redefining accountancy. What You'll Do - Prepare statutory accounts and corporation tax computations for limited companies, ensuring compliance with UK GAAP, FRS102, and UK tax rules.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, including accounts trainees, fostering their development through hands-on training.
- Engage directly with clients, delivering tailored solutions and value-added insights to build lasting relationships.
- Leverage partner-level access to drive innovation and contribute to the firm's success.
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines with precision and efficiency.
What You Bring - ACA or ACCA qualified with strong knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS102, FRS102A, and UK Corporation Tax.
- Proven experience preparing accounts from manual records or bookkeeping software.
- Desirable: Experience with consolidated financial statements.
- Strong supervisory skills with a track record of delegating and mentoring teams.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and adept at managing priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with Xero, CCH, or CaseWare is a plus.
