Job Title: Employee Relations Advisor

📍 Location: Southern England (flexible base, ad-hoc travel to sites)

💼 Contract: Permanent

💰 Salary: £35,700

Are you an experienced ER Advisor who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environments?

We're looking for a commercially minded Employee Relations Advisor to join a collaborative HR team supporting a diverse, field-based workforce across the South of England.

In this role, you'll:

Advise and guide managers on a wide range of complex ER matters

Work closely with HR Business Partners and line managers

Be a trusted point of contact for all things ER - from disciplinaries and grievances to performance and absence management

Support change initiatives including TUPE and redundancy consultations

Deliver a high-quality, legally compliant service with a practical, people-first approach

What you'll bring:

✔ Proven experience in an ER Advisor role (not your first ER step)

✔ Ability to manage complex casework across dispersed teams

✔ Strong communication skills and a pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset

✔ Comfortable working in gritty, fast-moving sectors

✔ A full UK driving licence - travel is part of the role (expenses covered)
