We at Atalian Servest Group have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Commercial Administrator to join the team. The successful applicant will provide administration support within the Commercial FM team. There may also be an opportunity to complete a SVQ in Business Administration.

Main duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Provide administration support within the Commercial Administration Team
- Updating Client CAFM system as required
- Collating Client Invoices and associated back-up documentation
- Providing general administration, photocopying / filing / scanning / collating client reports

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

- Some previous experience in an office environment
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- A flexible and willing approach to the varying workloads
- Ability to pick up instructions and information quickly and adapt to change

This role may require Disclosure Scotland clearance.

Hours and Environment

This position is primarily based at our Head Office in Loanhead, Midlothian. Core working hours for this position are from 8am until 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
