A well-regarded law firm with a strong presence across the South of England is seeking a skilled Residential Property Executive to join its Residential Property team based in Chandler's Ford. Known for delivering high-quality legal services with a client-focused approach, the firm is committed to maintaining a collaborative and progressive working culture.

The Role
The successful candidate will manage a diverse conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, covering:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
  • New build developments and shared ownership schemes
  • Leasehold transactions and title matters

They will also be expected to develop and maintain relationships with key referral partners including developers and housing associations, ensuring client service remains at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently handle a full range of residential property matters
  • Provide high-quality legal advice and maintain strong client communication
  • Comply with all relevant legal, regulatory, and procedural requirements
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for business development
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver integrated client service


Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Proven experience managing a full conveyancing caseload independently
  • Familiarity with new build and shared ownership transactions (desirable)
  • Strong communication and client care skills
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to relationship building
  • A collaborative mindset and high attention to detail
  • Competency in case management systems and standard legal software
