Inspector (CMM Operator)
Location: Ferndown, Dorset
Hours: Mon-Thurs 07:30-16:30, Fri 07:30-12:30
Salary: Negotiable, DOE
We're looking for an experienced Inspector with solid CMM operating skills to support high-spec component production for a precision engineering client based in the Ferndown area.
What you'll do:
* First-off, in-process, and final inspections
* Operate and CMM
* Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings
* Record results, flag non-conformances, support quality improvements
What you'll need:
* Proven inspection experience in a precision machining environment
* Confident with CMM and manual inspection tools
* Strong grasp of GD&T and ISO/AS standards
* Sharp eye for detail and a methodical approach
