Facilities Coordinator - Harlow - Temp to Perm (Immediate Start)

Location: Harlow

Hours of Work: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm

Basic Salary: Up to £37,000 Per Annum

A World Leading Service Provider who operate on an International scale is seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator based in the Harlow area on a Temp to Perm for a large corporate site. The successful candidate would ideally need to be very client facing and has good background

Key Responsibilities include:

* Managing building and equipment maintenance schedules.

* Responding to urgent maintenance calls.

* Preparing for emergencies by creating building evacuation and other action plans.

* Look after the reception team and may cover there as well

* Post Room and Hospitality work as well

* Testing building security systems and promoting safety within the building.

* Managing equipment and supply needs, including furniture, telecommunications, kitchen appliances, office equipment and supplies, and climate control.

* Liaising with vendors and suppliers on behalf of senior managers.

* Reporting to the Facilities Manager on a regular basis.

* Supervising cleaning crews and maintenance workers.

* Documenting processes and keeping maintenance records.

* Monitoring maintenance budget spending.

Key Requirments:

* Working knowledge of MS Office

* Professional and courteous telephone manner

* Exemplary customer services skills

* Well organised, efficient and proactive

* Previous experience of working in the field of Facilities Management

* Previous coordination & administrative experience
