Qualifications

* Level 3 Children and young people workforce Diploma or equivalent.

* Willingness to work towards there Level 5 diploma within an allocated time frame

Experience

* Within the last 5 years; Worked, for at least 2 years', with Children and Young People in a residential setting.

* Worked, for at least 1 year, in a supervisory/ management role within residential setting.

Knowledge

* Understanding and ability to implement:

* Children's home regulations 2015 and how these are practiced within a residential setting.

* Quality standards

* Working together to safeguard children.

* Equality and Diversity.

* GDPR.

* Safeguarding and Child Protection.

* Safeguarding knowledge from a leadership perspective
