We are looking for a Graduate Product Design Engineer to join an established Product Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 1–2 years’ experience to develop a real career within a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support product development from concept to production
• Conduct research and competitor analysis
• Produce and maintain CAD drawings, assemblies, and PDM files
• Prepare BOMs and manufacturing documentation
• Assist with fault finding and continuous improvement of designs and assembly methods
• Communicate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree qualified or early-career design engineer
• Proficient in SolidWorks, PDM, and technical drawings
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, injection moulding, aluminium extrusion)
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive, positive approach
