Salary: £40,000 - £70,000 per annum

A well established, International Lloyd's MGA are looking to add an Aviation Claims Adjuster to their growing team. The ideal candidate would have around 3-5 years worth of Aviation experience (either in class or adjusting). They would also consider technical candidates with an Aviation broking background who are looking to transition to an adjusting role.

What you'll be doing:

  • Independently manage aviation claims (both hull and liability), ensuring timely and accurate assessment of coverage, liability, and quantum.
  • Support marine claims (including yacht, cargo, and marine trade) under the guidance of senior colleagues.
  • Liaise with capacity providers on significant losses and claims outside delegated authority.
  • Monitor and triage incoming claims communications daily.
  • Assist with claims data reporting and reconciliation tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (underwriting, operations, finance) and external partners to ensure efficient claims handling.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies, service level agreements, and delegated authority frameworks.
  • Identify and escalate complex or sensitive claims issues as needed.

What you’ll need:

  • 3-5 years experience in Aviation Claims
  • Confident working with London Market systems – ECF
  • Strong communication skills & ability to handle technical queries
