Registered General Nurse (Band 5)

Rate: Band 5 RGNs £21 Days, £27 for Nights and Saturdays, £33 for Sundays and BH

Our client is a specialist Orthopaedic Hospital based in Shropshire which provides elective orthopaedic surgery

Position Overview: We are seeking RGNs and ITU Nurses to work a mix of Days, Nights, Early, Lates and Weekends

Key Responsibilities:

* Support and assist with the MDT.

* Able to demonstrate competent supervision of the care of a group of patients

* Able to demonstrate up to date clinical competence

* Able to demonstrate a clear understanding of - time management, clinical governance, principles of audit and research, basic IT literacy

What We're Looking For:

* DBS on the Update Service

* NMC Pin

* Critical Care certificate (For ITU only)

* Clinical skills in - EGG, Cannulation, Venepunction, Urethral Catheterisation of patients

* IV therapy administration
