They are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor/ Commercial Lead to work on a £10million project near Farnham.

POSITION: Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor

Suitable applicants will possess:

Confidence, self motivation and have a hands-on approach to Quantity Surveying

Good commercial awareness and willingness to be a key team member.

The ability to cope with change and develop new skills

Good communication skills and able to work as part of a team

An education to a Degree standard. While a professional qualification would be an advantage, it is not essential.

A good understanding of the standard forms of Sub-contract is required
