The Role

You will be responsible for leading a small team within the warehouse and transport team, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of goods, transport plans and administrative activities. This role requires someone confident in both administrative tasks and physical warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor driver hours, defect reporting, and returns documentation

*

Coordinate and manage a small team, including maintaining rotas, holiday and office coordination

*

Organise the packing and despatch of all outgoing goods

*

Oversee the transport function ensuring compliance, driver legislations and regulations are met

*

Coordinate collections and returns with appropriate paperwork

*

Manage all admin duties for the dispatches

*

Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries including order schedules

*

Ensure correct invoicing and product checks are completed

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within warehouse, logistics or similar field

*

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

*

Confidence in communicating with various departments and team members

*

A practical, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail

*

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
