We're on the hunt for a skilled and motivated Workshop Supervisor to lead a team of mechanical engineers in delivering high-quality projects. If you're experienced with diesel-driven oilfield equipment and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, this could be your next big move.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience with diesel-driven oilfield equipment (pumps, nitrogen units, cementing units, hydraulic/mechanical systems)
• Strong leadership to supervise workshop staff and ensure alignment with company goals
• A safety-first mindset and commitment to procedures
• Willingness to be on the tools 70% of the time
• Ability to assist with forklift operations and support customer/third-party tasks
• Professional representation of the company on and off the job
• Reporting directly to the COO
