The Best Connection Bradford are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join our team in Cleckheaton, BD19. This is a physically demanding role within a fast-paced agricultural environment, requiring individuals who are comfortable working indoors in a Greenhouse environment.

As a Production Operative in the Agricultural sector, and specifically for our client, your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops to a high standard
• Grading, packing, and preparing produce for distribution
• Operating basic machinery and tools safely (training provided where necessary)
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of work areas
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Supporting team members to meet daily production targets

This role involves early morning starts and regular weekend work, particularly during peak growing and harvest seasons. Flexibility is essential to meet the demands of the business.

What we need from you:

• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to work indoors in a humid environments during the Summer
• Previous agricultural or production experience is required
• Flexibility as you will be working weekends where needed
