Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a public sector organisation to recruit for a Multi Skilled Operative to work on day to day repairs.

Responsibilities of the Multi Skilled Operative includes:

Completing reactive repairs work on tenanted social housing properties
Fitting skirting boards and architraves
Hanging doors
Carrying out plumbing work
Completing patch plastering
Ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures
Maintaining van stock
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintaining a clean and working environment within customers' homes
Essential criteria of the Multi Skilled Operative includes:

Willingness to undergo a Basic DBS
Full UK Driving License
Basic secondary skills in other trades is advantageous
