Nursery Teaching Assistant - Bargoed Area 🌟

Setting: Primary School - Nursery Class
Start Date: Immediate Start - 15/09/2025
Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary (Monday to Friday)
Working Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm
Daily Rate: £88.92 per day (increases dependent on client rate, experience, and qualifications)

Are you passionate about supporting early years education? We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Teaching Assistant to join a warm and welcoming primary school in the Bargoed area.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide general classroom support within the nursery class

Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities

Support children with their learning, development, and emotional wellbeing

Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all pupils

Requirements:

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)

Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)

Experience working with young children, ideally in a school or nursery setting

A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
