Are you passionate about property, people, and closing deals? We're looking for an ambitious, customer-focused Estate Agent to join a growing team

What You'll Be Doing:

* Valuing and listing properties for sale or rent

* Conducting viewings and providing expert advice to clients

* Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion

* Building strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants

* Keeping up-to-date with local market trends

What We're Looking For:

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* A proactive, target-driven mindset

* Strong organisation and attention to detail

* Full UK driving licence (and access to a vehicle)

* Previous estate agency experience (essential)
