About the Role
We are looking for an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team in Poole. This role will be based on-site in our client's office, so strong client-facing skills are essential.

Our client is a specialist MEP contractor delivering projects across the region, and they require a QS to provide commercial support on multiple works in the area.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing and managing tenders and procurement processes

Handling variations and contractual changes

*

Producing regular cost reports and budget forecasts

*

Supporting project teams with commercial and contractual advice

*

Ensuring accurate cost control and financial management

*

Assisting and mentoring other members of the team

Requirements

*

Proven experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor (contractor-side preferred)

*

Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills

*

Experience in tendering, variations, reporting, and budgeting

*

Excellent communication and client-facing skills

*

Proficient in relevant software and MS Office

*

Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or related field preferred
