We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Drama Teacher for a secondary school based in Rochester. This is an immediate-start role expected to continue through to the end of the academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and creative Drama lessons across KS3–KS4
• Plan, prepare, and mark all lesson materials in line with school expectations
• Contribute to the development of the Drama curriculum where required
• Support students’ progress through effective feedback and assessment
• Attend parents’ evening and relevant school meetings
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
• Experience teaching Drama in a secondary school setting
• Strong classroom management skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate students
• Availability to start immediately
