An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Reward, Compensation & Benefits Manager to join a well-established and growing national fast moving organisation. With a strong presence across England and Wales, the company is known for its investment in people, dynamic culture, and forward-thinking HR approach.

This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone looking to shape and evolve a modern total reward offering while managing day-to-day compensation and benefits operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the annual reward and benefits review cycle

* Manage benefit providers, brokers, and internal platforms

* Analyse compensation and benefits data to inform strategic decisions

* Design and promote innovative and competitive benefit offerings

* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation (including pensions)

* Support the integration of benefits during acquisitions

* Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to promote reward understanding

* Monitor market trends and recommend changes to enhance employee experience

Ideal Candidate Profile

* Demonstrated experience in a reward, compensation, or benefits management role

* Strong knowledge of UK pensions, employment legislation, and compliance standards

* Analytical and commercially minded with excellent attention to detail

* Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

* Flexible and solutions-focused approach to problem solving

* Able to travel to South East HQ on a quarterly basis
